A: Yes, if they have been accepted to college.

Q: Do I need to be from the Quad City area?
A: No, however, in the past we have given preference to those from or attending college in the Midwest.

Q: When will recipients be notified?
A: Notification will occur in July of each year.

Q: When is application deadline?
A: March 31st of each year.
